Nothing is more A than B ＝「B ほど A なものはない」（B が一番）
否定語 ＋ 比較級で最上級の意味になります。Nothing is more precious than time. ＝ 時間ほど貴重なものはない（＝時間が最も貴重）。

No other 名詞 ＋ 比較級／as … as も最上級相当
No other student runs faster than Ken. ＝ ケンより速く走る学生は他にいない（＝ケンが一番速い）。as … as 型や so … 型でも同じです。

「否定語 ＋ 比較級 ＝ 最上級」と変換して訳す
直訳「〜より…なものはない」→「〜が最も…だ」と言い換えると、自然な日本語になります。何が一番なのか（than の後ろ・比較の相手）を必ず特定します。
